Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Buyer Responsibility for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
In cases of damaged or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to the customer.

Handling & Transaction Fee
For approved returns (except for damaged or incorrect items), a 7% handling and transaction fee will be deducted from the total refund.
If an order is cancelled after payment, a 7% deduction will also apply to cover transaction and processing costs.

How to Start a Return
To request a return:

Once approved, we will provide the return shipping instructions.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@mastersgolfoutfit.com if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong product

In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the standard return process. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the preferred item.

Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
